Came out today to swap out both the toilets in the home with one piece Kohler units. Everything went well and we hauld off the old toilets. Tested everything and the customer paid with the card on file no follow-up needed.
Arrived for estimates to replace 2 toilets with customer request kohler toilet. Customer agreed to price and toilets will be installed when they arrive. Set up plumbing and heat tune up in December same date and time.Not next Wednesday for toilet installs.
Estimate is to provide a new supply air in the office area of the home. Installed new supply grill with 8†duct into the office. Disconnected 12x12x8 supply in the living room and it’s start collar on plenum for new supply. Capped off old 12x12, homeowner is having it removed by sheet rock guy. Mr Crawford also mentioned that his master bath gets hot. The master bath is where the attic access is located and it’s a non insulated access. I recommended and Mr Crawford approved installation of an attic tent in order to block attic heat from coming through access and warming up the master bath.
